Around this time of the year, prophets worldwide are releasing the portion of prophetic words the LORD gives them for the upcoming year. Some prophets hear from the LORD, while others “borrow” prophetic words from other prophets. Some offer prayers and wishful thinking, rather than hearing from the Source of all wisdom and knowledge, the HOLY SPIRIT of JESUS, the CHRIST.
To be confident of what I hear from other prophets, I decided to ask the LORD this question myself: “LORD, what have you done, and are doing, in 2022 (5783)?” Here is what HE said.
“And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.” John 14:29
But before I share what HE gave me, I give two warnings.

This is what the LORD said for 2022 (5783):
The LORD led me to check the numbers. The year 5783 is the 2022 equivalent on the Jewish calendar.
Looking at the numbers of this year, we see:
5 – Number of grace, atonement, life, the Cross, the five-fold ministry
7 – Number of perfection and completeness
8 – Number of resurrection and new beginnings
3 – Number of the GODHEAD, divine fullness, a perfect testimony
On the surface, that sounds extremely good! Yes! Until JESUS started breaking down my definition of “extremely good.”
HIS “extremely good” and mine were not the same.
The LORD wants all the glory. HE wants to get our attention and destroy all our idols. Persecution always produces reformation. The LORD is tired of us playing “church.” In HIS mercy, HE is proving that HE is LORD. HE is forcing us into Ecclesia.
We are entering a year of the rebirth of Ecclesia, the perfection of the five-fold ministry: apostles, prophets, teachers, preachers, and evangelists, Ephesians 4:11-16.
The gifts to the Body of CHRIST are being purified and sifted. HE will have a purified Bride. Therefore, those who value religion over relationships, investing in buildings rather than people, “my people” rather than “HIS people,” will fall, Ezekiel 44:23-24.
For the true Ecclesia, faith will rise and be strengthened in direct correlation to their refinement through the refiner's fire. Their identity in JESUS CHRIST will be sharpened as they realize and utilize the supernatural power and the authority that is theirs through JESUS, even in the midst of suffering. The strengthening and training of the Ecclesia in these areas is necessary for effective battling and discernment in the time of war, Malachi 3:1-5 and 1 Peter 1:6-8.
The betrayal of nations is imminent. Those who were typically allies on the world stage will part ways, disagree, and betray each other. The sounds of war will be heard in nations that are currently at peace, 2 Kings 20:14-18.
The credit woes are coming. The borrower will feel just how subject to the will of the lender he is. This will lead to more destabilization of the economy of nations, Proverbs 22:7.
The great ambush is coming; many will profit from the sale of fear. I saw a serpent whispering into the ears of many in 5783 (2022). Many will be deceived, Genesis 3:1. There will be a significant rise in witchcraft, sorcery, and all aspects of the demonic realm. Nevertheless, within this gross darkness, the Light of JESUS CHRIST rises upon us even brighter, Isaiah 60:1-2.
It is time to clean house and prepare for persecution. This is the season to examine your relationships. Who promotes faith and who promotes fear? It’s time to come out and be separate, Leviticus 20:26.
This is the season of the storehouse, not the season of rain. The concept of rain in Scripture is that it has seasons, Zechariah 10:1, and falls on the just and the unjust, Matthew 5:44-45. However, this is not the season of rain. This is the season of drought; but for those with storehouses in Heaven, there will be plenty, Genesis 41:53-54.
Whoever has ears, let them hear what the SPIRIT is saying. Amen.
